For years, friends and acquaintances have reached for my special mix of small kernel gourmet hull-less popcorn in an array of flavors and walked away stating, “You should sell this.” For years, my response has been, “I’m not ready.” Well, I’ve come to realize, if I wait until I’m ready, I will never be ready! So here I am folks, ready to sell my cottage foods brand of my gourmet flavored popcorn.

My original was inspired by my Mom. She made us this popcorn all the years we were growing up at home in Highland Park. I have tweaked the recipe and made it my own. I hope you like it!
